Sandra and Lucie met back in July 2022 after finding each other on an online chat forum. They text back and forth for a few weeks before finally meeting each other for the first time on the 29th July where instantly they just clicked. They spent there evenings chatting on the phone and over the weeks grew closer and closer.

Trying to get time with each other was hard with Sandra working 2 jobs and living in Edinburgh and Lucie living in east kilbride, however the time they had with each other they guarded.

There days were spent doing the things they loved shopping mostly lol and the evenings curled up on the sofa watching a movie or playing board games, just generally enjoying each other's company and laughing lots. 

With so much in common they grew closer and closer while getting to know one another's little quirks and foibles, which there is a few lol.

Before they knew it the days turned into weeks and weeks into months, and it was apparent fairly quickly that they had both fallen for each other in a massive way and intuitively they both knew that there would never be a time that they weren't in each other's lives and both their lives had changed for the better forever.

 

Then in August 2024 they got a bomb shell that shook them to the core as Sandra discovered she had a very large mass which was going to need removed surgically and not knowing what the immediate future would hold not knowing if it was cancerous or not.  Lucie and Sandra with facing the news decided to bring there wedding forward and get married on the 23rd December 2024 with immediate family only where they had the most magical day. But they had forfeited there wedding reception and celebrating with family and friends so on their 1st anniversary they will be having a vow renewal with a celebration afterwards
